Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Securely
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit, then affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
